Santa Fe Cattle Co. was founded in 1996 by Danny York and David Wachtel -- the same duo responsible for the conceptual design of the highly successful Logan's Roadhouse chain. Danny York, the current Chairman, brings more than 20 years of restaurant operator experience. "I believe we have assembled one of the best management teams in the business and are positioned to grow our concept nationwide," states York. "We have designed a new 6,000-square-foot prototype store that is very appealing, customer friendly, and efficient. The rollout of these new stores has been very well received."
