September 20, 2011 - Salisbury Jewellers, H R Tribbeck & Son, pride themselves on their highly qualified staff. Now they are pleased to congratulate Emma Worthington, already an experienced member of staff, on passing the Professional Jewellers Diploma with an 'A' grade.
The diploma is offered by the Jewellery trade body, the National Association of Goldsmiths, which offers the most respected qualifications in the jewellery trade. It is designed to provide first class training in all aspects of the trade ranging from design, manufacture, hallmarking, horology, gemmology and silverware. It also offers practical training in legal matters, repairs handling and display work.
Tribbecks are independent family jewellers who specialise in fine jewellery, clocks and watches as well as offering a first class repairs and valuation service. They also deal in old gold, coins and medals. Emma has a great deal of experience in the jewellery trade and is a great asset to this kind of business which encourages their staff to undergo further training and take trade exams. Emma is responsible for window display, stock buying and sales.
As well as an extensive range of fine jewellery Tribbecks specialise in wedding jewellery including engagement rings and wedding rings in gold, palladium and platinum. They can supply a full range of bridal jewellery from necklaces to earrings and tiaras. The Salisbury shop is in Bridge Street and they will also be found on stand 6 at the Salisbury Wedding Show in the Salisbury City Hall on 9th October. A team from Tribbecks, including Emma, will be on hand to show and advise on a vast selection of wedding jewellery.
