GenScript developed and manufactures a highly sensitive anti-His monoclonal antibody (cat # A00186) that recognizes polyhistidine tags placed at N-terminal, C-terminal, or internal regions of fusion proteins. Noticeably, this antibody also recognizes 4xHis- and 5xHis-tags. This means that even if the 6xHis-tag is only partially exposed, it will still be recognized and detected by this antibody. GenScript’s anti-His monoclonal antibody is well-suited for Westerns, IHC, preparation of protein purification resins, beads, detection kits and other products. The antibody is also available in biotin and HRP-conjugated forms.
