Classes are held on Monday evenings beginning September 15 thru October 6 from 5:30-8:30pm. “Students should come prepare to learn a great deal about food during the 4 week session” reports Chef/Owner Jim Zebert. “We will explore proper knife skills, kitchen sanitation and basic techniques during the session. Students are also required to wear chef attire to class. “It is important that they dress the part of a chef when learning. It enhances the total experience” says Zebert.
