  • (1888PressRelease) May 24, 2016 - Safeway since its inception in 2001 helping students fly with their dream of overseas education. In the last more than 16 years Safeway helped more than 3000 students fly abroad for their further studies.

    Furthermore to help students meet their dreams on 21st May 2016, Safeway organised an Internation Education Fair in the city of Morinda situated in the state of Punjab in India. 2 Colleges & 1 University from Canada, 1 college from Singapore, 1 college from New Zealand came to the venue to entertain students as per their merits. More than 200 students came and got benefited from this event.

    Main Attractions:
    * Selkirk College participated very positively and gave first hand couseling to students aspiring Canada. Selkirk College is a community college in British Columbia, Canada. Founded in 1966, it was the first regional community college in British Columbia. The college offers over 60 programs. Selkirk has grown into one of the largest organizations in the West Kootenay and Boundary regions of south eastern British Columbia. Each year, the college is responsible for over $75 million in economic activity, employing over 550 full and part-time staff and providing post-secondary learning experiences for over 2400 full-time equivalent students.
    * St. Lawrence College was are present to attract students for its coming september and january 2017 intakes. St. Lawrence College (SLC) is a College of Applied Arts and Technology with three campuses in Eastern Ontario, namely Brockville which was started in 1970, Cornwall in 1968 and Kingston. The college has approximately 6,700 full-time students and 20,000 part-time registrants in 89 academic programs and employs 829 full- and part-time staff; this includes 414 faculty. The school has one of the highest rated Music Theatre - Performance programs in the country, which is located at the Brockville campus.
    * Capilano University, in addition to its main campus in North Vancouver, the university has two regional campuses located in the British Columbian cities of Squamish and Sechelt. Capilano serves the North Shore, Howe Sound, and Sunshine Coast communities, a region spanning from Metro Vancouver to Whistler. Capilano offers six bachelor's degrees, twelve associate degrees, over thirty diploma programs, certificates, and citations. These credentials are conferred by the university under six academic divisions: arts and sciences, business and professional studies, tourism and outdoor recreation, health and education, fine and applied arts, and continuing education.
