Safeguard Self Storage Expands Again in Chicago
Safeguard Self Storage has once again expanded in Chicago to a new location on West 95th Street.
- Chicago, IL (1888PressRelease) September 23, 2016 - Safeguard Self Storage has opened yet another new facility in the Chicago market on West 95th Street in the Beverly area of Chicago. This is the company's 14th store in Chicago and its 70th store in the nation.

Safeguard Self Storage is increasing its strong presence in the Chicago market. The Beverly store has 769 units in 58,925 Rentable Square Feet of storage space. Located about 12 miles directly south of downtown, it is well located for the 233,000 people who live in the three-mile trade area around this new store.
Similar to Safeguard's 69 other stores nationwide, this store is designed with a focus on convenience and customer service. Amenities at this location include heated and air-conditioned spaces, convenient drive-up loading areas, computer-controlled access to the building, individual unit alarm systems and digital/video recording of the property.
"Safeguard is excited about this fourth addition in less than two years in Chicago and feels this store will be a great addition to its large portfolio there. Safeguard opened the Beverly self-storage facility on September 20th, 2016 and it is managed by Sarah Avery, Facility Manager, and Diamond Sanders, Assistant Manager.
