Saar-Hartmetall USA introduces a series of shearing bevelers to the North American Market with advanced features that are a cost effective solution for general edge and weld preparation. The GERIMA M-SERIES Portable shearing bevellers are offered in three models MSA200, MSA400 and MSA600.
• MSA200: features portable convenience with easy setup and convenient angle references; maximum 15mm bevel width; angle range from 22.5o to 55o; plate thickness up to 40 mm and portability, ideal for table top mounting. Advanced features include: 400V 16A two-speed reversible motor, the capability of producing upper bevels and quick & simple angle changes.
• MSA400 & MSA400-U: features easy setup and convenient angle references; maximum 20mm bevel width; angle range from 15o to 55o; plate thickness up to 40 mm and crane hook or optional pneumatic trolley is offered for portability. Advanced features include: two-speed reversible motor, and an extremely quick & simple angle changes. The “U” model has the capability of producing a lower bevel which eliminates the need to flip large plate during processing.
• MSA600 & MSA600-U: features easy setup and convenient angle references; maximum 25mm bevel width; angle range from 15o to 55o; plate thickness up to 50 mm and crane hook or optional pneumatic trolley is offered for portability. Advanced features include: two-speed reversible motor, and an extremely quick & simple angle changes. The “U” model has the capability of producing a lower bevel which eliminates the need to flip large plate during processing.
