May 23, 2007 - Russell will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s human resources, recruiting, contracts administration, security, and IT support.

Prior to DSA, Russell worked with ChoicePoint Government Services, where he managed the initiation of the Identity Management practice and contributed to the growth of the company’s government practice into a multimillion dollar line of business. He had previously served as ChoicePoint’s Director of Marketing and Product Launch, where he planned and directed new product development initiatives in concert with technical, sales, marketing and executive staffs.
Russell has also provided support in designing business and personnel processes at US Army installations. He has over 10 years of experience working with Federal clients related to technical, sales, marketing and executive strategies.
Russell serves on the Board of Directors of the Federation for Identity and Cross-Credentialing Systems (FiXs), and is an Identity Management Committee member of the Information Technology Association of American (ITAA).
He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, and holds a Master of Business Administration degree, both from The College of William and Mary.
