Organized annually by the Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County, and celebrating its 42nd year in the Triangle, the Parade of Homes event offers potential home buyers the opportunity to view the latest in floor plans, designs, and technological innovations in houses built by local participating builders. More than 400 builder-submitted homes will be competing in this year’s parade, each ranging in price from $100,000-$4.5 million. The homes will be open to the public, as well as viewed by a panel of 74 judges from different builder-related fields. Winners will be formally announced at the Parade of Homes Banquet on Oct. 9 at the BTI Center’s Meymandi Concert Hall at 2 E. South St. in downtown Raleigh.
