September 21, 2007 - St. Clair MI - Ross Medical Education Center is proud to announce the opening of their newest facility in New Baltimore, MI. This brand new state of the art learning facility is able to accommodate over 100 students, faculty, and staff and will further facilitate Ross Medical Education Center’s mission of providing high quality allied healthcare training programs that allow graduates to begin rewarding careers in the healthcare industry. The newly added New Baltimore campus, in concert with the 10 other locations throughout Michigan, will continue to bolster Ross’ more than 30 year history of educating and training medical professionals at the highest levels. The new Ross Medical Education Center will be located at 51133 Birch Street, New Baltimore, Michigan.
Ross Medical Education Center currently offers two programs to prepare students for what the U.S. Department of Labor have designated “Top Jobs” through 2014 – Medical Assisting and Medical Insurance Billing and Office Administration. Ross’ Medical Assistant course gives students an exceptional education in both the clinical and administrative sides of the industry preparing them for two different careers and widening their employment options upon graduation. Ross Medical Education Center is also proud to have recently added Medical Insurance Billing and Office Administration program. This program trains students in insurance claim and submission management, and highlights processing patient and electronic records, HIPAA compliance, health insurance regulations, fraud issues, and office management.
Ross Medical Education Center is nationally accredited by the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools and all Ross Medical Education Centers are licensed by the applicable state in which the school is located. Ross has offered and specialized in short-term vocational and career training programs in Michigan for more than three decades and now with the inclusion of their New Baltimore campus operates in 12 communities throughout Michigan and Georgia. Ross continues to focus on providing hands-on training to give students the skills required to succeed in the always-growing healthcare industry.
