Tjoe as partners in its Los Angeles office.

    Agajanian is a member of the firm's Business and Commercial Litigation, Intellectual Property and Environmental & Toxic Tort practice areas. He focuses his practice on matters involving business law and commercial litigation, construction defect litigation, environmental law, general liability and casualty litigation, insurance, municipal contracting and government affairs, business transactions and real estate. Agajanian joins RMKB from Murchison & Cumming, LLP, where he was co-chair of the firm's Business Litigation, Intellectual Property and Toxic Tort and Environmental Law practice groups. He is a graduate of Southwestern Law School (J.D., 1986) and the University of Southern California (B.S., 1983).

    Jones is a member of the firm's Employment, Business and Commercial Litigation, Product Liability, Civil Rights, and Governmental Entity Liability practice areas. He is an experienced litigator who represents large and mid-size companies, individuals, and public entities in a variety of matters. His employment practice focuses on the defense of claims for wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation and harassment. He also handles claims for violation of wage and hour standards, and conducts employment investigations. In the business litigation area, he handles cases involving breach of contract, fraud, false advertising, and violation of Business & Professions Code section 17200. He represents public entities in lawsuits involving alleged civil rights violations, tort claims, and the False Claims Act. Jones also has significant product liability and breach of warranty litigation experience. He joins the firm from Gonzalez Saggio & Harlan LLP. Jones is a graduate of Loyola Law School, Los Angeles (J.D., 1988) and Oberlin College (B.A., 1980).

    Tjoe is a member of the firm's Business and Commercial Litigation, Entertainment and Intellectual Property practice areas. His commercial litigation practice serves clients in a wide variety of industries, including admiralty, electronics, energy, maritime and telecommunications. Since entering private practice, he has secured for his clients more than 100 million dollars in judgments, verdicts, settlements, attorneys' fees and recovered costs. Tjoe joins the firm from Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP. He is a graduate of the University of California, Hastings College of the Law (J.D., 1999) and the University of California, Berkeley (B.A., 1996).
