NPMA is the leading membership association for personal property and fixed-asset professionals. The Federal Center Chapter is the largest chapter in the NPMA and its membership consists predominantly of federal government agency property professionals.

Robert King, CPPS, is a Solutions Development Manager for Sunflower Systems, Inc. where he works with a variety of government agencies to enhance their property and logistics management processes, policies and technologies. Rob currently serves as the Executive Vice President of the FCC and was a speaker at the 2008 and 2009 NPMA National Education Seminars.
