The beachfront property, to be developed at the site of Miami Beach’s historic Seville Beach Hotel, will offer both Owners and Club Members all the comforts of luxury living with the legendary, personalized services and facilities of The Ritz-Carlton.
The fractional units, one to three bedrooms, will be sold in one-twelfth shares, with owners granted at least 21 days a year in their units.
One of the most appealing aspects of the fractional ownership is that it entitles the owner to membership privileges at Ritz-Carlton's sister Clubs in Aspen and Bachelor Gulch, CO; St. Thomas; Jupiter, FL; San Francisco, CA; Lake Tahoe, NV; and Hawaii.
