September 19, 2007 - Riggs Construction and Design was recently named a 2007 Market Leader in the St. Louis area by Professional Remodeler magazine. The 2007 Market Leaders program recognizes the top five revenue producing remodeling firms in 20 of the country’s top markets.
Riggs has grown more than 20 percent in the past year, with the help of the company’s “Yes I Can!” campaign, which was designed to motivate and inspire homeowners to think positively and say “Yes I Can!” to remodeling.

The family-owned business has been serving Kirkwood, Webster and surrounding areas since 1959. Owner Tom Riggs began to transfer ownership of the business to his children Bill and Amie in 2004. The transfer of ownership will be complete in 2014.
