May 21, 2007 - The Ricardo Montalban Foundation, in keeping with our founder’s dream to bridge communities through the language of dance and music is proud to present the first annual Semblanza Latinoamericana, 2007.
Celebrate our oneness and revel in our uniqueness as you experience this colorful dance extravaganza directed by Blanca Soto and performed by seven distinguished, professional dance companies representing, Ecuador and Guatemala, Grupo Cultural Latinoamericano, El Salvador Ballet Folklore de Asosal, Mexico Ballet Folklorico Tesoros del Desierto & Tierra Blanca Dance Company, Panama Ballet Folklorico Viva Panama`& Uruguay Candomble 4 Export.
Included in the evening’s entertainment will be Marisol y Los Hermanos Carlos from Mexico , Esteban Leon & his music from Uruguay.
