We can take care of these issues for you! We currently supply medical equipment to laboratories, hospitals and other industrial clients. Our core business is supplying equipment for testing for viruses, biohazards, carcinogenic tissue and blood born pathogens. We currently offer the safe disposal of our clients hazardous materials inline with the Control of Substance Hazardous to Health Regulations. These are managed inline with The Hazardous Waste Regulations.
We offer the correct removal of your hazardous waste, including body fluids, tissue, dressings and sharps, for our medical based clients. Our industrial client base also uses our waste management service, we take care that it is recycled or disposed of in a safe manner; also we comply with all European Union Directives. We will take the necessary steps to remove industrial chemical waste, away from your location to one of our approved disposal providers.
The new regulations simplify the procedure for tracking the movement of hazardous waste by removing the need to pre-notify the Environment Agency about individual consignments. However, they also require:
Sites producing more than 200kg of hazardous waste a year, they must be registered with the Environment Agency.
No more mixing of different types of hazardous waste at producing sites.
Producers to maintain company registers of their hazardous waste.

Environmental Protection Act.
Environmental Protection Act (EPA) 1990 This is one of the single most important pieces of environmental legislation of recent times. It controls many aspects of how the environment is protected and regulated in daily lives.The EPA 1990 (amended 1995) provides the main statutory framework in relation to waste. In particular the document:
Defines waste.
Outlines the roles and functions of the waste collection authorities, the disposal authorities and the Environment Agency. Establishes the criminal offences in relation to waste. Own the waste management licensing system. Waste Offences
Section 33(1) makes it an offence to:
Deposit controlled waste.
Knowingly permit controlled waste to be deposited in or on land. Keep, treat or dispose of controlled waste. Knowingly cause or permit controlled waste to be kept, treated or disposed of. Unless a waste management licence or appropriate permit has been issued which authorizes the operation in question. It is also an offence to keep, treat or dispose of controlled waste in a manner likely to cause pollution of the environment or harm to human health. (This applies whether a waste management licence has been issued or not.)
