Julia Oh and Photo Trend signed leases at Palm Court Center. Julia Oh of La Habra signed a three-year lease for a 1,400-square-foot bridal and tuxedo store at 1400 E. Imperial Highway, Suite F. Photo Trend of La Habra signed a five-year lease for a 900-square-foot photography store at 1230 E. Imperial Highway, Suite K. Photo Trend was represented by Charles Lee of Western Realty in Buena Park. The value of the leases could not be disclosed. This is the first location for both tenants.
David Morgan and Terry F. Parker, based in REP Commercial’s Irvine office, represented the landlord, Bransford Living Trust of Irvine, and Julia Oh in the lease transactions. REP Commercial is the exclusive marketing and leasing agent for Palm Court Center, a 138,000-square-foot neighborhood shopping center anchored by TJ Maxx and Michaels. Both tenants are now open.
