They have started by launching new ‘marketing’ cars decorated with the trusted International Realtors logo. Estate agents should have strategies to attract the best buyers for the seller’s house and help the seller identify buyers. “The staff are convinced that these cars will make it so much easier to persuade potential sellers and buyers to make use of their services” John Phillips of Boland Landmark explains.
As part of their plan, their offices of 35 years ‘vintage’ are shortly to be upgraded and refurbished. “This will also help to accommodate the new staff members that will be joining our old and established firm in the near future.” says the enthusiastic John Phillips
International Realtors Boland Landmark are also involved in the final planning stages of an exciting new residential development in Paarl.
