June 25, 2008 - GAO Tek Inc. has released a series of 100% Juniper compatible small form factor pluggable optical transceivers (XFPs). GAO’s XFP modules support 10 Gigabit Ethernet IEEE standard interfaces as 10GBASE-LR, 10GBASE-ER and 10GBASE-SR.
There has been a steady increase in enterprise and service provider networks as more and more bandwidth applications are deployed since the introduction of 10 Gigabit Ethernet. 10 Gigabit Ethernet is the natural migration path for forward-thinking enterprise and service provider architects.
