The employee health screening service will provide 20-minute health screening appointments for company staff with a focus on the key health risk areas which includes blood pressure, cholesterol, weight, diet and glucose.
The health screening service can be incorporated into a company health and wellness day or run as a separate health promotion initiative to improve the overall health of a workforce.
Relaxa employs more than 150 highly qualified nurses and medical practitioners UK-wide to provide the companies On-Site employee health screening services.

The health check includes:
Height, Weight, BMI (Body Mass Index, taking into account Muscle)
Blood Pressure (advice if outside of normal range)
Total Cholesterol check
Blood Glucose check
Waist Measurement check (Shape as an indicator in line with risk of CHD)
The health check will also include advice regarding the following:
5 portions of fruit / vegetables per day
Fluid intake
Reducing Caffeinated drinks
Sleep
Exercise / Cardio Vascular
requency of Health Checks (Dentist/Dr/ Health Screen etc)
Alcohol intake and Smoking habits
All of this will be backed up by booklets to support the advice given.
Clients will be provided with a healthy programme with guidance to follow for improving health and lifestyle issues.
