April 17, 2008 - Redline Business Solutions Group president and business coach Asa Beavers and Kevin Bassett, CPA and owner of Bassett & Associates, P.A., have scheduled a financial mastery workshop for business owners titled “Management by Measurement – The Numbers Don’t Lie” on Tuesday, May 6, 2008 from 8:30 am to 11:30 am at the RBC Center in Raleigh. The workshop, sponsored by RBC Bank, will teach business owners how to read and understand financial reports and how to implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) in their business.
“If you play the game of business, you better know how to keep score,” said Beavers. “This workshop will assist small business owners in understanding how to manage by measuring key aspects of their business.”
