In addition to the RealManage University, RealManage also has a searchable, wiki-based knowledge management system dubbed RealKnowledge that contains thousands of pages and attachments so that employees can quickly and easily access information on nearly any topic of interest - and add their own insight due to its collaborative structure. The company also hosts a series of weekly training webinars for all employees to enhance communication and training.
