At the turn of the century, the residential real estate industry was undergoing dramatic change. Consolidation was king and independence was waning. While other competitors joined conglomerates, Realty One once again turned to innovation.
The company joined forces in 2002 with two like-minded independent Ohio-based real estate companies Huff Realty of Cincinnati and HER Realtors of Columbus to form Real Living, Inc., a network of leading real estate companies built on the attributes that made all three firms successful family, innovation and results.
Today, Real Living is one of the nation’s fastest growing franchisors with nearly 4,000 sales associates and employees and more than 160 offices nationwide.
