February 23, 2007 - Pasadena, California Feb 22, 2007--- e-Learning expert Ray Jimenez, PhD spearheads key events on the 30th Annual Training Magazine Conference and Expo, which will be held at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort and Convention Center in Orlando, Florida on February 26-28, 2007. He leads Rapid e-Learning on Content Development, Learning Management System (LMS) Implementation, and The e-Learning Clinic, dynamic sessions on creating rapid and powerful programs, controlling and managing LMS free of technical hassles and maximizing e-Learning resources.
In a breakout session, Dr. Jimenez explains the active process of content development that involves type of content, method of delivery, the software and the developers’ skills. The lectures will cover rapid content development design that enables leaders to easily identify challenges and provide quick solutions. Participants will discover how to update and refocus their Learning Management Systems (LMSs) to be more job metrics focused and enabled for on-the-job rapid learning.
Dr. Jimenez also demonstrates techniques of launching an inexpensive LMS overnight through new programming technologies. Participants will also experience hands-on exercises on how to rapidly design and publish basic e-learning programs and track progress through LMS via Rapid e-Learning Project Clinic.
