June 20, 2008 - Stanton Homes is pleased to announce the Grand Opening of their model home in the Cattail Creek subdivision, which will be celebrated with a Grand Opening Event. The event will be held on Sunday, June 29, 2008 from 12-4pm. Stan Williams, CEO of Stanton Homes, will be present for a ribbon cutting ceremony at 12pm. Refreshments will be provided.

Cattail Creek is in the heart of Chatham County, just northwest of Pittsboro and about 20 minutes from Chapel Hill. The neighborhood offers custom homes on heavily wooded acreage, with lot sizes ranging from 1.4 to 3 acres. Homes range from 1600 to nearly 3000 square feet, with prices in the $250s to $350s. Several dozen floor plans are offered, including one story homes, main floor master suite floor plans, and two story homes. Homebuyers are also welcome to bring their own plan, pending approval.
