Ragsdale Liggett Attorney Dorothy Burch is Guest Lecturer at NCSU
Dottie Burch, partner at the law firm of Ragsdale Liggett lectures on Equine Law to students in the Equine Science course at North Carolina State University.

Ms. Burch's lecture on Equine Law was presented to students enrolled in the course, ANS 110 Introduction to Equine Science.
This is the second lecture Ms. Burch has presented at the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences. About Dottie Burch:
