January 21, 2008 - Every insurance agent who sells or wants to sell long-term care insurance in the state of Nebraska is required to complete an eight-hour long-term care insurance training course. Long-Term Care Partnership and the Nebraska Agent fulfills this requirement and will provide eight hours of insurance continuing education (Insurance CE) credit toward license renewals. Currently, agents licensed to sell insurance products in the state of Nebraska are required to complete 24 hours of continuing education (CE) during each two-year licensing period.
