May 08, 2008 - The ISO 9001:2000 and AS9100:2004 Certification of Registration signifies both of Quatro's facilities, located in Orange City, IA and Poway, CA, comply with all standards of the AS9100 quality management system.

AS9100 is a set of requirements for quality management systems that include all ISO 9001:2000 requirements and expanded to address international aerospace requirements that are now approved by major aerospace companies around the world. The intent of the AS9100 is to deliver significant improvements in quality, and reductions in cost throughout the supply chain. Quatro achieved certification following an extensive audit, of both locations, which focused on meeting a rigorous set of industry-specific requirements.
Quatro Composites, a wholly owned business of Tec Industries, LLC, is an Iowa-based advanced manufacturer offering a full line of services from design, analysis, prototyping and production of advanced composite products. Quatro manufactures and engineers products for the aerospace, military / defense and medical markets. The business operates in two locations, Orange City, Iowa, (Headquarters, Manufacturing & Distribution) and Poway, California (Technical Development Center).
