During Factory Evaluation Continent Inspection will examine your supplier’s capabilities, systems, management, and operating procedures. We will inform them of (or reinforce to them) your specific quality requirements. Pre-Production Inspection
Continent Inspection will inspect raw materials and components before production begins. After the client provides product samples, we will verify that the factory has ordered the correct materials, components, and accessories. We also randomly select a sample of partially-produced products for inspection of potential defects, then report our findings to the client.
Upon the completion of Pre-Production Inspection, we provide technical advice to the factory in order to improve product quality and to minimize the chance of defects during production. This inspection should reduce the risk of final randon inspection fail and give your more secured business in China.
