Choose from Three Reinforcement Styles
NewAge(R) Industries announces that its Nylobrade(R) brand of flexible, braid reinforced PVC hose is now stocked in twelve sizes. Three reinforcement options — thin wall, standard, and high pressure — allow users to select the best fit for their individual needs. Nylobrade is suitable for industrial applications such as air supply, fluid transfer, protective jacketing, and discharge lines; for food use involving dispensing, processing, granular material transport, and liquid conveyance; and for medical/pharmaceutical applications including drain lines, air and gases, and device components.
Other companies that offer this popular type of hose often do so in just three or four sizes, leaving customers with other requirements out of luck and searching. NewAge Industries manufactures Nylobrade in a dozen sizes, ranging from 1/8” to 2” I.D. in its standard wall style — customers are not limited only to the most common sizes.
Two other styles — thin wall and high pressure — offer even more choice. Thin wall hose works well in light-duty applications such as instrumentation lines and is available at a lower cost than the standard type. High pressure Nylobrade is manufactured with a different reinforcing braid design to offer increased working pressures. It also has more resistance to kinking, which is an important consideration in applications where bending or repeated flexing occurs.
All Nylobrade styles are manufactured from non-toxic ingredients conforming to FDA and USP Class VI standards and offer a mirror smooth interior for outstanding flow characteristics. Nylobrade is a durable product and is chemical, corrosion, and abrasion resistant. A large inventory is maintained for quick delivery or JIT situations. Custom options include colors, cut-to-length pieces, heat-formed shapes, thermal hose bonding, and hose assemblies.
