The set menu will be available from only 1,200 baht nett including 1 starter, 1 main course and 1 dessert!!!

Chef Manuel Martinez, awarded best French Master Chef in 1986 (Meilleur Ouvrier de France) will fly in from France especially for this event to show his culinary art of Parisian Gourmet from May 7th -11th , 2008. With his 10 years experience at "La Tour D’Argent" the most popular restaurant in Paris, all will be impressed with his great cuisine. One of his signature recipe "Pike dumpling soufflé and mushroom mousse with champagne sauce" is a must! This signature dish is reputed as an original dish prepared only for the emperor of Roman time.

For those who are looking for Provencale Style Cuisine, the next star of the event, Chef Fabrice Amar will create fantastic menus during May 13th-18th, 2008. Last but certainly not least…. Chef Sylvain Royer the final superstar and the Executive Chef of the hotel, an expert in French culinary cuisine will cook the authentic food from the Champagne region from May 21st-24th, 2008.
