March 06, 2009 - Protocol Link, Inc., a leading project management and consulting firm to the FDA-regulated life sciences industry, today announced that the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has granted service mark protection for its Protocol Link logo mark and tagline, Process Done Right, in accordance with the Trademark Act of 1946, as Amended.
The registered Protocol Link marks cover USPTO Class 35 (U.S. CLS. 100, 101, and 102) for Business Advisory Services, Consultancy and Information and further demonstrate Protocol Link’s commitment to protecting its intellectual property.
