Esther Villalobos comes with experience in Customer Service, Recruitment, and Executive Assistant and served both global and domestic clients as the principal liaison between the company and our valued clients. Esther builds loyalty through outreach, interaction and continuous improvement of services. Esther is deeply committed to ensuring a successful outcome for every PROLIM client she works with on a regular basis.
Esther brings several years of key knowledge to the role from prior positions in executive administration. Her attention to detail, excellent rapport-building skills and the vitality and energy she brings are what have made her successful in her career. Prior to PROLIM, Esther worked as Coordinator for the Dallas Police Department. In her leadership roles she managed and monitored cameras throughout the city to ensure Police and citizens safety. Her early career includes marketing, sales, and finance positions with Randstad , Southeast Dallas Chamber of Commerce
