May 13, 2009 - It started 30 years ago, with the programming of small memory ICs with 1K of memory and is still going strong, as we're now programming 16Gig devices today. Through hole chips, to surface mount ICs. Insourcing, to, there goes the neighborhood, outsourcing. Good years then and now, oh my gosh the lean years. But like that little pink bunny, WE keep on going and going.
Yes it's been 30 years now and the time seems to have flown ever so fast. I look around today and see just how far technology has brought us. And a little smile appears on my face, as I have to admit, we played at least a small part in its advancement. Making sure the disties, contract manufacturers and others kept to their schedules with a little help from yours truly, Program Automation.
So it's onward and upward and hopefully, we'll see our 31st anniversary next year. Thanks everyone for a nice ride, that I hope will continue and be more fruitful for all, in the coming years.
