ProcessWeaver(R) Launches xCarrier(R) Mobile Enterprise Application for Multi-Carrier Shipping
ProcessWeaver's new enterprise application xCarrierŽ Mobile is bound to significantly improve efficiencies both within the warehouse as well as in the remote field operations.
- (1888PressRelease) December 07, 2012 - ProcessWeaverŽ Inc., a recognized leader in providing Transportation Management Solutions, launched xCarrierŽ Mobile for automating multi-carrier shipping processes for global customers. xCarrierŽ Mobile will combine real time multi-carrier communication with seamless integration to customers' Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems in order to significantly improve efficiencies both within the warehouse as well as remote field operations.

ProcessWeaver introduced xCarrierŽ Mobile as a proof-of-concept version to a select few customers during the Transportation & Warehouse Logistics (TWL) Summit in July 2012. The response from companies - including aerospace, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, semiconductor and automotive - that attended the event was very positive from a functional and ease of use stand point.
xCarrierŽ Mobile will be able to address a wide range of enterprise applications from warehouse shipping automation to mobile fleet management to retail POS with tight integration to the back-end ERP systems as well as carriers. ProcessWeaver will be showcasing this bundled service at the SAP Sapphire 2012 event in Madrid as well as ProMat 2013 in Chicago, IL.
