Gronewoller, has been named Chairman of the North Carolina Restaurant and Lodging Association’s (NCRLA) Board of Directors. The NCRLA is the voice and advocate for the state’s $17.5 billion restaurant and lodging industries representing the interests of 16,000 restaurants, hotels and resorts and 10 percent of the state’s workforce. Gronewoller is a multi award winning franchisee of Golden Corral. He was named the NCRLA’s Restaurateur of the Year in 2003 and is a founding Trustee of the NC Hospitality Education Foundation, which has awarded over $400,000 in scholarships over the past four years.
