Hoover, mother of four homeschooled children, served as a local and regional homeschool leader, mentoring many homeschool parents and teaching seminars at homeschool conferences. In addition to Hoover’s homeschool experience, she has also taught writing, history and music classes. Hoover currently works as a freelance writer, editor, and events consultant in Houston, Texas.
Hoover writes, “When my oldest child was three, I caught the homeschool bug. I wasn’t sure what it meant, but I sensed it would be the direction for me.
