Kati Chevaux, Preschool Nutrition writer, is a freelance nutrition writer and nutrition scientist. Chevaux has published her work in parenting magazines, industry newsletters, and has developed distance learning courses. Chevaux joined PreschoolRock.com in September 2006.
In her new role as Associate Editor, Chevaux will be responsible for training new PreschoolRock.com writers and tracking editorial deadlines. Although Chevaux will be fulfilling the role of Associate Editor, she will continue to serve as the Preschool Nutrition Writer for PreschoolRock.com.
