June 06, 2007 - Koszdin’s client (name withheld for confidentiality) was arrested and charged with dui with blood alcohol level of .09. The Los Angeles District Attorney offered a wet reckless, the same offer made to Paris Hilton and accepted by Hilton. But the client on advice of Koszdin rejected the offer and the trial will start on June 5, 2007 at Metro division.
Koszdin expects the trial to last about 3 days.
