LiveDashBoard 4Team© is now available in beta version on the basis of a sponsorship agreement on the www.livedashboard4team.org website.

With LiveDashBoard 4Team©, PRELYTIS offers the first free Business Intelligence (BI) service that is associated to the spreadsheet facility accessible within Google Docs™. The service is available from now on in English and in French.
A commercial offer – known as LiveDashBoard 4Team Premium© – is already being developed. It will allow customers to have more user access, extended features, and full PRELYTIS support.
This mix of innovative solutions and collaborative tools, such as Google Docs™ and LiveDashBoard 4Team©, provides an answer to many business users' needs – namely to have simple, powerful, collaborative and attractive solutions in order to create and share interactive dashboards.
LiveDashBoard 4Team© is an SaaS (Software as a Service) offer that is aimed at giving a professional alternative to dashboards built with spreadsheet office solutions. It is intended for free use by business working groups.
LiveDashBoard 4Team© is simple and intuitive to use: the users log onto the livedashboard4team.org internet portal, and then choose the spreadsheets where their data is located. After that, the users can build interactive dashboards that they are able to broadcast onto the web, and to other users. In this way, users enjoy individual access to their interactive dashboards, as well as the benefit of the collaborative features offered by Google Docs™. As a result, with LiveDashBoard 4Team©, it is now possible to consolidate data efficiently and spread business metrics easily.
More than a simple charts designer or static web dashboards tool, the solution developed by PRELYTIS is a genuine professional BI solution, which has been made freely available on the internet. Based on the new PRELYTIS LiveDashBoard 4.4© release, this offer includes attractive key features, such as the AJAX web 2.0 interface, which is a clear and intuitive interface; fast dashboard design; and, finally, personalized access to data.
LiveDashBoard 4Team© is compliant with both Internet Explorer and FireFox (or Safari) and runs on all operating systems, including Windows, Mac or Linux. The service offered by PRELYTIS also features mobile access, in order to make dashboards reachable immediately on platforms that include Windows Mobile, Symbian smart-phones, iPhone and Blackberry.
LiveDashBoard 4Team© will be available in beta version from 4 June 2008. User access will be granted by sponsorship, in order to guarantee the highest level of service to the first privileged users. During the beta period, every user will be able to create interactive dashboards and charts; to use up to five different spreadsheets; and to share his (or her) experience with up to five other users.
