powerfeedback.com Poll Finds Employers More Likely To Choose Disabled Workers To Fill Vacancies

Those seeking employment certainly reflect the society in which we live and as such, we posed the following question on our weekly web poll: "If skills, experience, references and personality were all equal and you had one position to fill, whom would you select?" The following results may just surprise some of you.

(1888PressRelease) April 23, 2007 - Of our 8,644 respondents, the results are clear. 55 percent said they would hire a disabled veteran, 27 percent would choose and older retrained worker, 14 percent would choose a single mom and only 5 percent would select a recent immigrant.

Scott Gingold, CEO of powerfeedback.com stated, "There is too much to read into the survey response for us to offer a single opinion, but we certainly think that the results do allow for interesting conversation and perhaps further investigation."

powerfeedback.com posts a weekly poll question at powerfeedback.com. Results are tabulated and posted each Friday.

powerfeedback.com continues to deliver intelligence more intelligently. It is the firm more businesses and organizations trust to gain the necessary intelligence and credible information for smart decision making.
