April 03, 2008 - The PowerDOX Media Branding and Marketing Program, launched in early 2008, makes it possible for professionals in mortgage, real estate and finance – or virtually any other paper-intensive industry – to give their clients a disc containing digital copies of their transaction documents. The documents are accessible through a customized interface bearing the professional’s company name, logo, and contact information, so each space-saving PowerDOX CD or DVD also serves as a permanent “marketing messenger” for the professional, increasing the likelihood for future business with every viewing.
According to Benjamin Millam, a SourcingPoint Solutions Program Specialist and one of the engineers of the PowerDOX Program, introduction of the new Spanish-language version of PowerDOX was a "proactive response" to an increasing demand from Spanish-speaking professionals seeking out opportunities to forge deeper relationships with their Spanish-speaking clientele.
“Our customers were telling us that a Spanish version of PowerDOX would really help them increase their level of service and build rapport with their Spanish-speaking clients,” says Millam. “The whole point of the PowerDOX Program is to build relationships and make connections that will result in referrals or repeat business. Both the English and Spanish versions of PowerDOX are offered through SourcingPoint Solutions’ offices in Garden Grove, California, and in Las Vegas and Reno, Nevada. Pricing for a standard PowerDOX CD or DVD (English or Spanish) is $49.95 including scanning, interface design and production. A monthly archive disc containing all of the files generated by an office or individual is provided at no additional charge.
