GAO Tek Inc's ADSL2+ tester, model 701D, is able to conduct new tests while browsing previous test results. The ADSL tester also has the ability to store up to seven test settings and one thousand test results making set-up and testing fast and efficient. This tester supports communication with PCs via an RS232 interface, so that test results can be saved, analyzed and printed conveniently.
This handheld ADSL2+ tester is commonly used as a digital multi-meter (DMM) to test subscriber telephone connectivity and line parameters. It also operates as an ADSL MODEM to test what Internet data rate is available. In addition, the ADSL2+ tester offers a warning function for the purpose of detection and indication.
