However, 29 per cent of people polled said in future if they look for a property, they will surely use online medium. And remaining 43 percent people in their age group of 18 to 24 years who are already a group who use Internet the most, clearly showed their interest in finding a property online.

According to financial expert Howard Archer from Global Insight the increase in rise of base rate of interest has reduced the demand of property in the UK market.
