Due to the legions of high-interest rewards checking accounts currently flooding the market, Point West Credit Union realized it had to effectively differentiate its account in order to stand-out in the busy market. Additionally, with the launch of Points Checking taking place during budget-tightening times, the credit union also recognized it must cost-effectively launch the account and eliminate costly marketing waste.
Point West Credit Union turned to PSST! for a word of mouth marketing campaign that could generate disproportionately high buzz about the product, with a limited budget.
