The creator of Pigtail Princess, Shayna Hansen, wanted to make accessories for all types of little ones and through all the stages of their life. We initially started the company making big, funky bows to match some of the popular clothing lines in upscale boutiques and department stores. We then shifted our focus to the tween market and the mommies that like to dress their daughters with a little edge. All of our products teeter on the hip, trendy side. We offer that simple, solid colored bow - perfect for any playdate. But, where we have fun is when we mix dots and stripes, rhinestones and skulls, whimsical ribbons and crazy korker.
Regardless of the outfit, the style of clothing or mommy's preference, we have expanded our line to offer accessories for everyone. In addition to our hair accessories we've added some other exciting products for 2008. This year we are offering ribbon flip flops, mommy & me jewelry, children's character jewelry and sweet pacifier clips that will adjust and turn into a hair accessory for years to come.
