According to the U.S. Census, the Filipinos are the second largest ethnic community in America numbering over two million. Network engineer Terence Elumba, founder and president of Philfortune.com, said the site aims to be the “Google for the Fil-Am community as it endeavors to provide relevant information and services to the large number of Fil-Ams in the US.”
