March 29, 2008 - Aurora - Ohio - Ohio-based Petroleum Unlimited announced today the official opening for it's public participation investment program, allowing private investors to take part in the dynamic and profitable field of oil exploration and drilling.
Other than the initial investment required during the drilling and completion phase of the project, there are no other expenses the public investor is liable for.
The oil from the projects Working Interest is titled to Petroleum Unlimited and the gatherer pays the check directly to Petroleum Unlimited each month for the oil picked up in the previous month. Each investor is a direct partner in the Petroleum Unlimited Limited Liability Corporation and receives his proportionate check after expenses from Petroleum Unlimited.
There's fixed expenses, on a monthly basis for the well, operator, company pumper plus maintenance required, all paid by Petroleum Unlimited, deducted from the monthly checks for the oil runs. This expense is divided proportionately between the participating interest holders.
The participant holders will have the first rights to participate in further developments of the lease, shall oil/gas is discovered on a project, if the operator decides to drill more wells on the lease.
