Thomas Williams, CEO of the Judgment Recovery Institute and Dana Rodriguez, Chief Coordinator with the National Bureau of Judgment Enforcement, presented the award. Alluis donated over 1,000 hours of her time to the institute last year. She continues to be a vital asset in a number of areas, such as research, mentoring, enforcement, education and management advisory.
