To receive these AWARDS one must hit the top percentile in "providing clients with a WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE". These awards are an acknowledgement of hard work and productive efforts!!

What Are "Precision" Acura Dealers?

If you're looking for great service, that would be a good place to start.
Precision Team members are determined by Acura owners and must exceed high Acura standards for performance in both of the following areas:
Sales Satisfaction
Sales Consultant Performance, Vehicle Delivery Process, Sales Follow-Up, Vehicle Condition at Delivery,
Service/Parts Satisfaction
Repaired Right the First Time, Service Time, Service Advisor Performance, Vehicle Available When Promised, Quality of Work, Service Follow-Up, Parts Availability, Vehicle Condition at Delivery
It should be noted that just because a dealer has the word "Precision" in their name doesn't necessarily mean that they're part of the real "Precision Team" of Acura dealers.
